This free 20-minute consultation will give us a chance to chat about what it is that you are looking for in nutrition health coaching. I'll ask a few questions and do a lot of listening. I can walk you through the program I offer (6 weeks), what to expect (an amazing outcome), and answer any questions you might have (hopefully related to nutrition, not fashion). Maybe you're afraid that I'll make you eat a lot of kale or drink an entire smoothie full of beets. Listen, I want you to stick around, so that won't be my 'go to' suggestion. I wan't this to be an enjoyable experience for both of us.
